We will dispatch your lampshade within 10 working days although we aim to dispatch as soon as we can depending on our current orders.
All our handmade lampshades are wrapped in bubble-wrap for protection and dispatched in a strong cardboard box. They will be dispatched either using Royal Mail or a courier depending on the size and other orders being dispatched on the same day.
It is very unusual for one of our lampshades to be returned to us and we take pride in our quality control process. However, if you receive a lampshade that is damaged please let us know immediately by email to email@example.com along with a photograph and we will advise you how to return it unused and in the original packaging. The return will be at your expense until we agree that the lampshades are damaged and we will then reimburse you the cost of the return.
Please ensure that any returned lampshades are insured as we cannot be held liable for goods in transit over which we have no control.
If you want to cancel your lampshade order, please contact us urgently by email at: firstname.lastname@example.org with the word CANCEL in the subject line in capitals so we can deal with it as a priority. If we have not started to make your lampshade we will refund your payment within 14 days of the cancellation being accepted. You have 14 days from the day following receipt of your goods to cancel your order. Please note that cancellation after dispatch is not applicable to lampshades specifically made to your order including any lampshades that have been altered to your personal requirements, or made with fabrics supplied by you. Please ensure that the size, lining colour, and fabric choice are correct at the time of ordering your lampshade.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
